It presents a greenish yellow color with golden reflections. In olfactory phase it is rich, cheerful, with notes of pineapple, melon, damask, orange peel and fresh tangerine. The palate is light, very unctuous, with rich acidity and a wide and delicate aftertaste.

Vinification:

Fermentation: Must without sludge, at controlled temperatures between 13 and 17ºC, through the use of selected yeasts.
Pre-fermentative maceration: 2 hours at 8-12ºC.
No post-fermentation maceration.
No malolactic.
Store in stainless steel tanks.
