Vinification:

Fermentation: At controlled temperatures between 18 and 28ºC, through the use of selected yeasts.
Pre-fermentative maceration: 3 days at 8-12ºC.
No post-fermentation maceration.
Malolactic finished.
Store in stainless steel tanks.
