Appearance: Deep violet red color.
Aroma: Blackberry, blackcurrant and black plum and forest scents with a subtle black pepper aromas.
Palate: A medium acidity, ripe black fruits well integrated, with silky and ripe tannins leading to a long and elegant finish.
Pairing: Pasta and Seasoned red meats.
Temperature Service: 16-18ºC.
